Recipe for Vanilla Cinnamon Apple Muffins - instadessert

Ingredients:
1-cup oats
1 cup SHREDZ Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup almond flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup canola oil
4 organic eggs
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 apple, finely chopped
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
Whipped cream (if desired)

Recipe for Raspberry Cinnamon Bun Loaf Cake - instadssert

Ingredients
3 cups SHREDZ Protein
3 large eggs
1 ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 ½ cup raspberries
2 tsp baking powder
2 sticks butter, room temperature
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1-½ cups granulated white sugar
Directions
To begin, your oven to 350 degrees F and then coat two loaf pans with vegetable oil.
In one bowl, mix together the protein, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, whisk together the butter and sugar vigorously until combined.
Carefully add the eggs, yogurt, and vanilla, then mix all of the ingredients together in one large bowl.
In a smaller medium sized bowl, mix together raspberries, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tbs flour, and then add to the larger bowl mixture.
Carefully pour the batter into the two loaf pans, and bake for 1 hour.
Remove from the oven, and allow to cool for 30-45 minutes.
Serve and ENJOY!

Recipe for High Protein Low Carb Cinnamon Roll - instadessert

Cinnamon Roll:
Blend together 3 egg whites, 1 egg, 2 scoops cinnamon swirl protein, 1/2 c almond flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp vanilla, 1/4 c unsweetened almond milk. Pour into baking pan lined w/ parchment paper. Bake 8-10 min at 325 F.
