Recipe for Peanut Butter Chocolate Blondies - instadessert



Ingredients

1 large sweet potato cut into cubes and steamed until soft
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons of flour of Choice
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 Cup of ground almonds (Almond Meal)
1 cup of date paste (Can Soak Madjool dates ahead and Blend)
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/3 cup and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup of dark vegan chocolate chunks.

Directions




Heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a small brownie tin with baking paper. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl until well combined. By hand stir in the chocolate chunks. Add the Blondie mixture to the brownie tin and bake for 20-25 mins!
