Recipe for Cream Cheese Brownies - instadessert





Ingredients:

½ cup SHREDZ Chocolate Protein
1 large organic egg
1 large organic egg white
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
¼ cup + 2 tbsp. margarine, softened
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
8 oz. low fat cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sugar
3 tbsp. low fat milk

Directions



To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and then coat a square 8 in pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix the margarine and sugar together until fluffed, and then add in the egg/egg white, and vanilla.
Mix in the protein and cocoa until completely combined, and then pour the batter into the pan; set aside.
Mix the cream cheese and sugar together in a bowl until the consistency is smooth and then mix in the milk.
Top the brownie batter with the cream cheese and then bake for 30 minutes.
Allow the brownies to cool completely, and then serve and enjoy!
