Recipe for Zucchini Flatbread - instadessert



Ingredients

4 whole grain wraps
2 diced zuchinni
32 ounces of cheery tomatoes
1/3 cup low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
2 garlic cloves
2 tsp olive oil
2 sprigs thyme
2 sprigs rosemary
2 sprigs oregano

Directions


To begin, preheat your over to 375 degree F.
On a baking sheet, roast together olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, and fresh herbs for 30-45 minutes.
Carefully add your zucchini, and roast for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Once you remove this from the oven, toss the garlic and herbs.
Increase your ovens temperature to 425 degrees F.
Begin to sprinkles cheese on top of each wrap, then bake for 5-7 minutes.
Remove wraps from the oven, and top with zucchini and tomatoes.
Serve warm, and ENJOY!
