Ingredients
2 eggs
1 ½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup almond flour
2 tbsp honey
2 tsp vanilla powder
Directions
Mix everything together.
Form your coconut tops and place them on a baking sheet with baking paper.
Bake at 175°C for 10 min until golden brown on top
Let them cool off and dip in chocolate. You can make you own as well.
Chocolate Coating:
½ cup creamed coconut
2 tbsp coconut oil
½ cup cacao powder
1 tbsp honey
½ tsp vanilla
Directions
Melt the creamed coconut on low heat. When melted, add the remaining ingredients.
Make sure everything is mixed well.
Dip your coconut tops in the chocolate.
Let them cool off and enjoy.
(In case you got any leftover chocolate coating, add it to a silicone ice cube form, store in freezer for 1 hour and you got extra chocolate)
