2 cups old fashioned oats
1 large organic egg
½ large banana, diced
1-cup whole-wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
2 tbsp. peanut butter
2½ cups unsweetened applesauce
3 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. kosher salt
