Ingredients
3/4 cup oats, ground into flour
1 cup - 1.5 cups milk or water, depending how thick you want your crepes (the more liquid the thinner)
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp sweetener, optional
1/8 tsp salt
oil for cooking
1-2 bananas, thinly sliced
1 ounce dark chocolate, melted
Mix crepe ingredients in a bowl.
Directions
Heat a frying pan until very hot, pour a drop of oil and coat the bottom. Ladle in a small amount of batter, rolling the pan side to side to cover the bottom of the pan evenly with batter.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and let it cook for another minute on the other side.
