Recipe for Matcha Protein Truffles - instadessert


Ingredients

1/3 cup Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 
2 tablespoons finely shredded coconut 
3 tablespoons organic coconut milk
2 tablespoons organic Matcha powder
For Coating:
½ cup coconut butter, softened
1 teaspoon coconut oil, softened
Simply mix these two together in a bowl

Directions


Mix together all ingredients for truffles 
Roll into desired truffle size and place on parchment paper and place in freezer for 10 minutes
Remove from freezer and coat with coconut butter coating, return to freezer until coating is hardened
When ready to eat, simply sit on kitchen counter for about 5 minutes to allow truffles to soften slightly
Store any extra in refrigerator in air tight container
