Recipe for Protein Chocolate Crepes with Banana - instadessert



Ingredients

250 g Protein chocolate shake
55 g Egg whites
80 g Oat flour

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Cook 3 crepes, you want them to be a lil bit thick. Once ready, mix 50 g of Greek Yogurt 0% with your favorite sugar replacement and cover the whole crepe with it. Place one banana (around 175 g) on one side of the crepe and roll it. You can cut it in pieces right away, but yogurt can leak while cutting. Put this roll in fridge for some time, to let yogurt set a bit. Then cut in pieces.
