Recipe for Waffle Ice Cream Sandwiches - instadessert



Ingredients

2 Large eggs at room temperature
2 cups SHREDZ Protein Powder
1 3/4 cups Whole Milk
1/2 cup Vegetable oil or melted butter
1 tablespoon Sugar
4 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
Ice cream of your choice
Syrups and sauces of your choice

Directions




Add eggs into a large bowl and mic then until thick, while adding remaining ingredients.
Turn on waffle maker, and pour the mix into it slowly in the shape of a circle. Press until they are cooked to your likes.
Carefully remove the waffles and allow them to sit until they are completely cool.
Take a scoop of ice cream, and any additional toppings you desire and place them on the waffle. Top with another waffle, and enjoy!
