Recipe for Egg and Sweet Potato Hash Browns - instadessert

Ingredients
1 Egg, Fried
1 Large sweet potato, diced and boiled until tender (5-7 minutes)
1/3 cup of purple onions, diced
1/3 cup of red belle pepper, diced
2 teaspoons of onion powder
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Salt
Olive oil
Garish: black pepper and chili flakes(optional)
Directions
Heat the olive oil and add the onions and belle pepper. Cook until tender. Add the sweet potatoes and spices and let everything cook together for a few minutes. Meanwhile, fry the egg. Serve your hash browns and top with the egg. Garnish with ground black pepper and chili flakes. Enjoy!
