Recipe for Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Pretzels - instadessert




Ingredients

2 dozen pretzels
1/3 cup of peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of sea salt

Instructions


To make the chocolate, melt coconut oil in saucepan; then add cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract and salt; mix well until everything is well blended || To assemble, place about 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter in one pretzel, top with the second, dip in melted chocolate and set on parchment paper || Repeat with remaining pretzels and let set in freezer for about 15 minutes.
