Ingredients
one chicken breast
80g couscous (dry weight)
about 30g parmesan
150g Broccoli
a 250g package cherry tomatoes
50g cream cheese
chicken spice
pepper, salt
fresh oregano, basil
1 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
Heat oil in a pan. Slice chicken and fry just for a few seconds with chicken spice. Leave the pan on the hot cooktop and slowly bring cream cheese to melt. Cut all your veggies. Cook couscous in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Combine veggies, couscous and herbs. Fill veggie-couscous mixture in a small casserole, cover with cream cheese, chicken, ground parmesan and more fresh herbs. Finally bake in the pre-heated oven for about 20min.
