Recipe for Fudge Almond Coconut Cookie Bars - instadessert



Ingredients

Layer
1 cup of raw almond butter
1 cup of coconut butter
1/2 cup of coconut nectar
1 tbs of almond extract
1/2 cup, dry shredded coconut

Directions





Combine all ingredients food processor until smooth. Press into a 8x8 baking dish, set aside.

Layer 2:
1 1/2 cups of raw cashews (soaked for 4 hours)
1 cup of coconut nectar
1 cup of cacao powder
1/2 tsp of vanilla bean powder

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Spread fudge on the top of the first layer and place in the freezer for about an hour to set.
