Recipe for Spicy Shrimp Skewers - instadessert

INGREDIENTS
2large garlic cloves, chopped
1teaspoon kosher salt
1⁄2teaspoon cayenne pepper
2teaspoons paprika
1⁄4cup olive oil
1tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Tabasco sauce
2lbs large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
lemon wedge
DIRECTIONS
Crush garlic with salt then mix in cayenne pepper and paprika. Add olive oil and lemon juice and tobasco.
Toss the shrimp with the garlic oil until coated, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Soak the wooden skewers in cold water for 30 minutes.
Oil the grill, and preheat it to medium heat.
Place the shrimp onto the wooden skewers, and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve with lemon wedges.
