Recipe for Strawberries and Cream Protein Truffles - instadessert



Ingredients

For the Truffles:

2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons finely shredded coconut
1/3 cup Vanilla Whey Protein Powder or your favorite strawberry protein powder
1/2 cup dehydrated strawberries
5 tablespoons coconut milk
For the Coating:
2/3 cup coconut butter, softened
1 teaspoon coconut oil, softened

Directions


Mix dehydrated strawberries and protein powder together in a blender and then pour into a bowl
Now mix together all of the ingredients for the truffles and roll into desired size
Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes to allow to harden
Mix together ingredients for coating and cover each truffle
Return to refrigerator and allow coating to harden
Store any leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator
