Recipe for White wine mussels - instadessert



INGREDIENTS

1 kg of fresh mussels
2 shallots2 garlic cloves
small chili pepper
2 cups of white wine
3 tbsp. of fresh cilantro, chopped
salt and freshly ground pepper
3 tbsp. of olive oil
juice of one lime

DIRECTIONS


Clean the mussels. Discards the mussels that are open or have cracked shells.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan then begin to saute shallots, minced garlic and chili. Add mussels and wine, season with salt and pepper.
Cook uncovered on high heat until mussels have opened.
Top with cilantro and drizzle with lime juice.
