Ingredients
BROWNIE CRUST
4 cups SHREDZ Protein
1 egg
1/3 cup water
½ cup vegetable oil
CHEESECAKE
1 egg
1 cup softened cream cheese
1 cup raspberries
¼ cup low fat sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
½ tsp vanilla
Directions
To begin making brownies, preheat your oven to 325 degrees F and then lightly grease a brownie pan.
Mix together protein, egg, water, and vegetable oil in a bowl until blended completely.
Pour brownie batter into the pan, and bake for 5 minutes.
To begin making cheesecake, add cream cheese and sour cream into a bowl, and mix vigorously until completely blended. (Use an electric mixture to make this process faster/easier.)
Add vanilla, sugar, and the one egg to the mixture and mix until smooth.
One brownies are done, immediately top them with the cream cheese mixture and raspberries and swirl gently throughout.
Place back in the oven for an additional 60 minutes, allow to cool completely, and then store in the refrigerator.
Serve cold and ENJOY!
