Recipe for Creamed Corn Bread - instadessert



Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 ¼ cup plain cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 lightly beaten eggs
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 stick unsalted, melted butter

Directions


To begin, preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
Grease an oven safe baking dish.
In a small bowl. whisk together the butter, creamed corn, and eggs.
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cornmeal, then add the egg mix to the same bowl.
Slowly add the entire mixture into your over safe baking dish, then bake for 15-20 minutes. (The mix should be a golden yellow when nearing completion).
Allow cooling completely, then serve and ENJOY!
