Recipe for Chicken Tacos - instadessert



Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast
8 corn tortillas
2 sliced avocados
1 medium onion, chopped
2 minced garlic cloves
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Direction


To begin, heat a skillet to medium-high heat.
Mix onions, garlic, vegetable oil, salt, and pepper together.
Add the chicken to the bowl to marinate, then place it on the grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
Allow the chicken to cool for about 5 minutes, then slice, add to tortilla, and top with avocados. (You can add cheese, salsa, radishes, etc. if desired!)
