Ingredients
CREPES
2 cups low fat milk
2 eggs
1 ½ cups SHREDZ Protein
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbs. unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 banana, cut into pieces
2 tbsp. peanut butter
Directions
To begin, add milk, eggs, butter, protein, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth completely.
Cover the mixture, and allow refrigerating for 2 hours or longer.
Lightly spray a large pan and heat it over medium-low heat.
Carefully pour some of the batter in the pan, moving it until the batter completely fills the pan in a very thin layer. Cook until the batter is a light golden color.
Flip the crepe, and allow it to cook for another minute. (Repeat until batter is finished.)
Spoon peanut butter onto the middle of the crepe. Top with slices of banana, and then fold into a triangle.
Serve and ENJOY!
