Recipe for Chocolate Peanut Butter Pancakes - instadessert



Ingredients

1 ¼ cups SHREDZ Protein
1 ¼ cups milk
2 tbsp melted butter
2 room temperature eggs
1 2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tbsp white sugar
½ tsp salt
½ cup semisweet dark chocolate chips
2 tbs peanut butter, or more if desired

Directions


In a bowl, mix together protein, cocoa powder, salt, and sugar.
Separately whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
Mix all ingredients together, and then toss in the chocolate chips.
Over medium-high heat, warm a lightly buttered skillet.
Pour a little bit of the batter and allow to cook until the batter starts to bubble slightly.
Flip, and cook on the other side.
Top each pancake with peanut butter, and old fashioned oats if desired.
