Recipe for Tomato Avocado Bruschetta - instadessert


Ingredients

1 slice of rye bread
2 tbls low fat cream cheese
Handful of slice cherry tomatoes
1 tsp olive oil
½ ripe avocado cubed
1/8 tsp ground pepper

Directions


To begin, slightly toast bread, then top with low fat cream cheese.
Mix together tomatoes, olive oil, and avocado in a small bowl.
Remove from bowl, and spoon on top of cream cheese.
Sprinkle with pepper, serve, and enjoy!
