Ingredients:
1 lb. lean ground beef
5 potatoes, peeled and quartered
10.75 oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
10.75 oz. can condensed cream of celery soup
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
15 oz. can mixed vegetables
3 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
Directions
To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray, and bring a salted pot of water to a boil.
Add the potatoes to the pot, cooking them for 15 minutes.
Carefully drain the liquid from the pot, making sure to leave a little at the bottom to mash the potatoes in it.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and add in the beef, mixing in the vegetables, celery soup, mushrooms, and mushrooms soup. Season with salt and pepper.
Once the beef is cooked, transfer it into the baking dish and then top it with the mashed potatoes and butter.
Bake for 30 minutes, and then set aside to rest for 10-15 minutes.
Serve and ENJOY!
