Recipe for Vanilla Cinnamon Apple Muffins - instadessert



Ingredients:


1-cup oats
1 cup SHREDZ Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup almond flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup canola oil
4 organic eggs
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 apple, finely chopped
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
Whipped cream (if desired)

Directions:


To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F, and lightly grease a muffin pan.
In a large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until the consistency is smoothed.
Pour the batter into a muffin pan, and then place in the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes.
Set the muffins aside to cool on a wire rack.
Serve with a bit of whipped cream if desired.
