Recipe for Poached Egg, Feta, and Avocado Sandwich - instadessert



Ingredients:

2 large eggs
1 tsp. vinegar
1 sliced avocado
4 tbsp. feta cheese
2 slices toasted French bread

Directions:



To begin, bring 1 qt. of water and 1 tsp. of vinegar to a simmer in a 10-inch skillet.
Poach the eggs in the simmering water for 5-6 minutes.
Carefully remove the eggs from the water.
Place the eggs on one half of each piece of bread, then top with avocado and feta.
Serve and ENJOY!
