Recipe for Chocolate Peanut Butter Walnut Brownies - instadessert

Ingredients
3/4 cups SHREDZ Protein
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup bittersweet dark chocolate chunks
1/3 cup low fat milk
6 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 lightly beaten eggs
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
To begin, preheat your over to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine protein, baking powder, cocoa powder, granulated and brown sugar, and salt.
In a separate microwave safe bowl mix together ½ cup dark chocolate chunks and milk. Heat in microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then heat for an additional 30 seconds.
Whisk together butter, eggs, and vanilla and then add the milk mix, ½ cup of chocolate chunks, and ¼ cup of nuts to the flour mix.
Generously coat a baking pan, then pour the batter into the pan. 6⃣Top with the remaining ¼ cup of walnuts.
Place the batter in the oven to bake for 20 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
Serve with chocolate syrup (if desired) and ENJOY!
