Recipe for Ham and Egg Muffins - instadessert



Ingredients

12 large eggs
6 slices of diced Canadian bacon
1/2 cup scallions, minced
1/2 cup low fat milk
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper for taste

Directions


To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and spray a muffin pan with vegetable oil.
Whisk together the 12 eggs and ½ cup of milk, then add the 1⃣Canadian bacon, salt and pepper, and scallions.
Evenly divide the eggs into the muffin pan, then top with the cheddar cheese.
Allow eggs to bake for 25-30 minutes.
Allow the eggs to cool for 5-10 minutes, remove from the pan, serve and ENJOY!
