Recipe for Teriyaki Steak and Mushrooms - instadessert




Ingredients:

4 6 oz. boneless beef top sirloin steaks
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
½ cup onion, sliced
1/3 cup Teriyaki sauce
1 tsp. seasoned salt
½ tsp. ground black pepper

Directions:




To begin, heat an oiled grill pan over medium heat, and then lightly oil another skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the mushrooms and onion to the second skillet, cooking them for 8-9 minutes.
Remove the skillet from the heat, and then add in the Teriyaki sauce; set aside.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then place on the grill to cook for 5-6 minutes per side.
Allow the steak to settle for 10-15 minutes, and then slice.
Spoon the mushrooms onto the plate with the steak, and serve with additional Teriyaki sauce.
